Reader: 12/06/2005>Dear Dr Lin I am 23 years old and have for quite a few years been having several problems that I believe are symptoms of sexual exhaustion. I started masturbating when I was 14 years old and used to do it once or twice per day. One day (when I was still 14) I got a very severe headache directly after masturbating and after that I always got a headache and also dizziness, tender testicles and palpitations after masturbating. I also could not sleep for hours at night. After a month or so I guessed that the problems were sex linked and so I stopped masturbating, and did not have sex etc for 4 years. Gradually most of the problems got a bit better, but even after a couple of years I still was prone to headaches and had persistent slight fuzzy or dizzy feeling in my head pretty much all the time. My eyes were also sensitive to light and stung on sunny days. Furthermore, I always felt irritable and less mentally able the day after I had a ‘wet dream’. Over the years however these problems gradually receded to the point that they were not really noticeable. At university I found that whenever I had sex with my girlfriend I felt not mentally focused for a day or two afterwards and sometimes got a slight headache. I never risked sex more than once a week. However a couple of months ago I went on a holiday with my girlfriend for a couple of weeks and had sex with her four days in a row. I was worried about my former problems so I then had a break for a couple of days. However when I had sex after the couple of days when I woke up the next morning I had the same dizziness, memory problems and mental concentration problems that I had had years earlier as a teenager. Also the back of my neck ached sometimes, my eyes were also more sensitive to light again, my testicles were tender and I had palpitations sometimes. On top of this I felt so more depressed than I have ever felt in my life. I just felt terrible. Thus I stop ped having sex. After about five weeks the permanent dizziness and memory problems lessened, my neck and testicles stopped aching and I didn’t feel really depressed anymore. The problem is however that I still feel slightly dizzy and have difficulty focusing both in reading things and in looking at things when I am walking. My eyes are also still a bit sensitive to light. Worst of all though, from my point of view, is that I have a permanent fuzzy, dizzy feeling at the top of my head and my memory is not as good as it usually is. This really disturbs me because I am usually very good academically and am on a scholarship to university and I need to get good results to retain my scholarship. The dizziness and memory problems make studying really difficult and make me slower and more prone to mistakes in exams. Also whenever I get a ‘wet dream’ I feel worse again for a week or so afterwards. In fact whenever I get a sustained erection I feel a bit more dizzy for a while! afterwards. Over the years I have seen various doctors about my dizziness and headaches, had eye tests, heart tests, a brain scan etc, but of course to no avail! The doctors have been useless. My blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, blood iron levels etc are excellent. Also my thyroid gland etc are in perfect working order. All the tests show that I am in excellent health, but I still have this ongoing dizziness and lack of mental clarity. Doctors conveniently explain everything by stress, but it is clear that they have no sensible explanation. Doctor Lin, I have read some of your cases studies and you have pretty well described and explained my symptoms for several cases. I gather from exploring your web site that some of your products such as MoodMax may be helpful. What I want to know is what products should I use and what dosages and at what times of day should I take them to have optimal effect? Bear in mind that currently my main problem is the dizziness, memory issues and light sensitivity. Also how long do you think it will take before I start feeling normal again? I have not had sex at all for the last two months, but of course I can’t avoid ‘wet dreams’ which I have had a few times. My girlfriend is understandably unhappy with me, but really what I am concerned about is my scholarship and academic results, because my studies mean a lot to me and I have worked very hard for many years. Could you please help me? You seem to be one of the few people around who has any logical and scientific explanati! on for these sorts of problems. Thank you in anticipation. Kind Regards ActionLove.com: 12/06/2005> Yes, Please read this link - |
