I m 22, and i m on the third year of medical studies in Belgrade, Serbia

After nearly 3 months of having the prostate/urethral problems, during which i had a couple of unsucesfull therapies with different medicaments (all with the suggestions of our greatest urologists), i decided to try to finde the solution for my health problems. And i hope that i finnaly found the right man, and the right place.
So i will try to present the problem in short:
The course
-Beginning of august, i went to check my urethral culture for bacteria(including chlamidia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma)and fungi, because i notice a slight change in the smell of the penis(no pains at all)...The only thing which was positive is Streptococus pneumoniae...They used 6 sticks to check all the cultures. Some of them went pretty deep, and made me some kind of an injury( much more than a standard procedural discomfort).
-Days after that, the pain from procedure is not dissapearing, but is transmiting through the urethra deeper,throug the whole perineum(also irritating the anal chanel)
-the very next thing is the involvement of prostate, which started like a difficulty while urinating

Other tests
-PSA was checked 2 times- first it was 16(in the time of the biggest pain), then fell to 2(with the slightly lighter pains)
-spermogram(spermoculture) was also checked 2 times.Both times it was good, with no leukocites. The second time, elastaze was also checked, and also was normal.
-utrasound was done- and the prostate was measured at about 35mm
-digital rectal exam- didn t show anything alarmant, but made me an enormous pain during the massage

Therapies
-i had 4 separated courses with antibiotics:2 with ciprofloxacin(both of 10days duration)
1 with ofloxacin (14 days)
1 with azitromycin(3 days)
*none of them made anything noticable

-different anti-inflamatory drugs (in both oral and supositorie forms)
*without results

-tamsulosin(omnic) for 20 days
* made me often have a dry orgasm

- ProstaQ with aditional saw palmetto extract for 15days(this is the cure which i just finished)
*finally make me feel a little bit better

Sexual activity
I belong to the group of sexually VERY active persons..Before the problems ocur, i had approximately 2 ejaculations daily..Then the things dramaticaly changed, as my perineal pain and anal canal iritation, as well as prostatic and urethral burning, and difficulty with urinating were geting much worse with each erection, and especially ejaculation..So i made a sexual pause of 15days(during the prostaQ-saw palmetto therapy).And the things look like they are better..But, with the first orgasm after a pause, everything get bad again...
