I am 26 years old and am having some problems with getting a vaginal orgasm and orgasm pain. The pain seemed to start when I was having sex multiple times a week and within a few months I discovered some vaginal pain (seems to be near the vaginal entrance mostly but have recently started feeling a little pain deeper in the vagina) and my fluids went from a clear color to very sticky and white in color. Ever since I discovered this change in my fluids (about 9 months ago), I have had 2 bacteria (strep B) infections, still have pain during sex, and experience vaginal dryness after 5 minutes of sex. I have never had any type of vaginal infection before this and was not on birth control pills at the time (although within the past month I started taking them to help with my severe PMS). Do you think I just damaged some vaginal tissues do to overuse and vaginal dryness? Is it possible with the dryness, I have some bacteria trapped in the vaginal skin and that is also causing !
me my vaginal irritation and continual bacteria infections? Do you think taking Acidophilus tablets vaginally would help stop the bacteria infection? How long do you think I should let my tissues heal before sex again? Why do you think I can start out with some vaginal fluids but not produce much during actual sex leading to my vagina drying out? To try and help with the vaginal dryness I have been using a lubricant but that seems to only get me 5 more minutes of vaginal lubricant but has helped with the vaginal pain a little. As for the vaginal orgasm part, I can't seem to have one during sex. My vagina feels very loose but my clitoris and g-spot are stimulated. I can feel an intense sensation when my g-spot is hit but I can't seem to elevate myself to orgasm during sex. However, I can orgasm with direct manual stimulation to my clitoris without a problem. I have noticed that my vaginal muscles are a little weak so I have started during PC muscle strengthening exercises to help them out and maybe tighten my vagina. Dr. Lin: 6/05/2005>Excessive sex or stimulation has induced an excessive epinephrine and prolactin release into the bloodstream, abraded your clitoral vagina/vulva/ cervix for formation and spreading of collagen scar and fibrosis, suppressed the COX-1 expression essential to the production of the housekeeping hormone Prostaglandin E-1 in the vulva/vaginal/cervical tissues, and induced COX-2 over-expression for excessive prostaglandin E-2 synthesis in the tissues. 
The inflammatory hormone Prostaglandin E-2 suppresses vaginal/cervical neuro-immune function for yeast outgrowth and excessive cervical mucus for smelly, colored vaginal discharge. You won't get healed without prostaglandin E-1 and with excessive prostaglandin E-2.  Please read these links -
