A few months ago, I began penile stretching excersizes. I would stretch my penis until I felt tension on my PC flex muscles then I would contract them while continuing to stretch my penis. I suffer from some symptoms that concern me still:

1. Random spasms in my pc flex muscles - when this happens I apply pressure to my prostate to relax it and do anal breathing. It works when the spams occur but the spams still occur.

2. Swelling and slight burning in the area between my scrotum and rectum when I become sexually aroused - I am taking large doses of your products and practicing the anal breathing technique.
