Hello, i've read a lot of you website, its very informative, thanks very much for making the info free. I do have a problem however...I am currently participating in olympic style weight-lifting for my school (training 4 days a week) and i know there is some problem about having testosterone for muscles but not for the sex organs and I have experiance painful side affects like sore back and joints from masturbation. Now I can't masturbate, even once a week or i get those problems. Also i may have suffered a little damage from over masturbation that happened for a while some time ago, but have always got full erection etc. Would any of your supplements maybe help me be able to regain abilty to orgasm and still train weightlifting without damaging myself and getting a sore back? Its important because i am getting quite good at this sport and i dont really want to give it up but i dont want to damage myself to much. Heavy-duty exercises and sex can not be mixed since the muscles, ligaments, joints, nervous fibers, and bones need a lot of hGH/DHEA/testosterone and acetylcholine to restore, heal and regenerate themselves.
Heavy-duty exercises will disturb or stop women's menstrual cycling, and reduce or dry up the men's seminal production.
The muscles, ligaments, joints and bones have to compete with the reproductive organs for the hormones and neurochemicals. 
Ejaculation will deplete the hormones and nuerochemicals for the muscles, ligaments, joints, nervous fibers, and bones. You will end up with pains or cramps or muscular damage due to deficiency of the the relaxation and elasticity hormone prostaglandin E-1 which are supposed to be produced by the local tissues. That is why you experience pains or cramps in the back, joints and ligaments.
My experience is: my military boot camp training stopped my masturbation in 1968. The intensive boost camp training cut down my seminal production and completely eliminates my libido. That is, it completely burned out my brain's acetylcholine, dopamine and testosterone at the end of the day, but luckily it increases my psychological stability and sleeping. That is, it seems to elevate my serotonin and melatonin level in my brain.  the 3-month military boot camps let me get rid of the masturbation habit.  Based upon this observation, I have concluded: if I can power my acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions for holding an hard erection, I can last 2 hours for lovemaking after having a moderate exercises to maximize my serotonin level and to mitigate my dopamine level (the orgasmic fire).
