I"m 28 yrs. old. I can't really identify the pain that I feel. I seems that is coming from the right side of one of my testicle. Before that I did notice that my testicles (I also believe they were swollen) were sagging I did'nt pay much attention to it. I started feeling a little bothering pain like a needle (about two three weeks ago) which I believe is coming fron some where in the testicles or some where inside. I was having alot of sex with my girl friend to the point where I was over exhausted twice a day(not every day though).We did notice that my sperm was very watery alot of times. My testlicles are swollen right now (I believe) I still feel the pain and I get a very soft erection. Since I carry alot of heavy stuff sometimes I thought it was a hernia so I went to the doctor and he told me I didn't have a hernia that it was probably an irritation inside to take some adv?l (I didn't inform him of the sex though, and I guess because it didn't go through my mind at the time). I wear an athleticc supporter now which help with the pain but if I walk for a long time 20-30 minutes I do feel bother by the pain. 

My question is could this be from too much sex?
Are the symptons familiar?
Should I not have sex for a while?
Will I be able to recover?
I would like to hear your advise and what ever information that can help me with this problem.
